Arrima and the PSTQ: what is the difference?
The PSTQ is Québec’s Skilled Worker Selection Program. Arrima is the platform where you can complete and submit an expression of interest for this program. They are different concepts, not two names for the same test.
Submitting an expression of interest in Arrima is free. CAD 10 pays only for ICF’s private assessment service, not a government fee.
What you receive
A report presents the information provided, the criteria reviewed, details still needed and the assessment’s limitations. It includes official resources to support your preparation.
This service covers the Québec/PSTQ pathway presented here. It does not cover every Québec immigration program.
How the assessment works
Select the Québec pathway, complete the questionnaire, then review your summary, the price and the terms. The intended service produces a report after payment confirmation, with online access and a PDF version.
Required information and any limitations must be explained before payment. No result is completed using hidden assumptions.

Is this the official Arrima website?
No. ICF is a private service separate from the authorities. Links to official resources are provided for your procedures.
Does the report guarantee an invitation from Québec?
No. An ICF assessment is neither an invitation nor a selection decision.
Is this the same as the Express Entry assessment?
No. The pathways are different and sold separately. This page presents only the Québec/PSTQ service.
