What you will be able to plan

Separate arrival expenses from recurring monthly costs. Adjust the categories to your situation and explore estimated cash needs for 3, 6 or 12 months.

The approved offer includes one household project, up to three scenarios, 30 days to make adjustments after confirmed purchase and a dated PDF summary. Sources, reference dates and assumptions must remain visible.

This planner is a functional preview. No city cost-of-living database, customer account or commercial 30-day access is implemented yet. Amounts are entered for testing or explicitly loaded from a fictional example.
02

Not sure what things will cost?

In cities covered by the future product, the planner will provide documented reference amounts for supported categories. You will be able to replace them with your own quotes or expected expenses.

When reliable information is missing, the planner will say so. An unknown expense will not be treated as zero. Covered cities and limitations will be shown before any payment.

Montréal, Québec City, Ottawa and Toronto are currently a research scope, not confirmed coverage.

Your questions

Are these the exact prices I will pay?

No. They will be estimates and adjustable amounts. Housing choices, habits and prices at your arrival date can change the result. References must be dated. The free preview uses entered or test amounts only.

Does the plan establish official proof of funds?

No. Living expenses and a program’s financial requirements are different. The planner does not certify that you meet an immigration financial requirement.

Do I pay again whenever I change something?

The intended CAD 5 offer includes adjustments to the same project for 30 days, with up to three saved scenarios. There is no automatic renewal. A downloaded PDF remains a dated copy and does not update itself. These access rights are not yet implemented here.
